Bernanke Asks Congress To Maintain Fed Oversight

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke was on Capitol Hill Wednesday, asking Congress to forego removing thousands of smaller banks from Fed oversight. Elsewhere, the health reform package in Congress picked up support from Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and the ballot counting in Iraq's national elections neared an end.
