Market Finishes Wednesday In Green

The market finished a shaky session in the green Wednesday. Wholesale inventories highlighted an otherwise light economic day. Financials led the Dow higher following an upbeat comments. On the M & A front, Abbott Laboratories agreed to buy Facet Biotech for $27 per share in cash. In earnings news, J. Crew beat estimates as it returned to profit in the fourth quarter while American Eagle posted an 81 percent jump in profit.
