Willbros Group Dropped To Six-Month Low Thursday

Willbros Group Inc. (WG: News ) announced Thursday morning that it agreed to acquire InfrastruX Group Inc. in a cash and stock transaction. Willbros now expects to report full year 2010 pro forma EPS of $0.20 to $0.30.
Willbros Group gapped open lower Thursday and declined until mid-morning. Shares finished down by $1.99 at $13.04 on the highest volume of the year. The stock dropped to a 6-month low and fell below its 200-day moving average.
