(RTTNews) -  Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSM: News, Chart, Quote ) is falling during Thursday's pre-market trading. At 9:25 am ET the stock is trading at $10.32 down $0.30 from Wednesday's close.

With the decline, the stock will open below recent support and at its lowest level since mid-April.
